This sophomore edition of LumiNation delves into the relationship between our individual identities and our collective one as Singapore.

Explore how Malay film and drama serials, have shaped the community through performance-talks and exhibitions. Architecture enthusiasts can take a closer look of the architectural styles and trends of the 70s and 80s and their relationship to post-colonial identity at a photo exhibition and talk.

Audiences can hear untold stories from experts on Singapore’s urban planning and how spaces have been transformed. Other programmes include film screenings, old school games and a pop-up bookstore with a curated selection of local and regional literature.
