This year is the 10th edition of Indonesian Contemporary Art and Design (ICAD), which has since become one of the most prominent art events in the country. Under the theme Factor X, this edition of ICAD wants to see, map, formulate, and forecast the development of art and design going forward.
ICAD 2019 will feature the works of Indonesian contemporary artists who have contributed a lot to the scene in the last 20 years, including painter Agus Suwage, sculptor Dolorosa Sinaga, artist FX Harsono, world-class accessory designer Rinaldy Yunardi, and artist Tisna Sanjaya. There will also be works by the next generation of Indonesian artists as well.
Aside from the exhibition, there will also be conventions on film, art, and design.
