Inspired by the Parisian gluten-free Bakery, Boulangerie Chambelland, the founders of @Summabakes have managed to combine French techniques and long experience in artisan bread making, with the best of Indonesian gluten-free ingredients. This workshop, organized with the Institut Français Indonesia, will provide an in-depth introduction to the making of artisan and local gluten-free breads, followed by a casual tasting of a wide range of gluten-free breads and delicacies. Participants will be able to pair the bread with selection of French-Indonesian homemade toppings, including confitures (jam) from l’Amour, fromages (cheese) from Mazaraat Factory and more.
