Ennichisai — an annual Japanese art, culinary, and cultural festival held in Blok M district’s Little Tokyo area in South Jakarta — is back for its 10th edition. This year, Ennichisai’s theme is “Danketsu” or unity, with hopes that Indonesia will always be united. Attended by more than 200 thousand visitors each year, Ennichisai will feature over 150 food and beverage, as well as Japanese knick knacks. Visitors may also enjoy traditional Japanese parades such as Mikoshi (portable shrine) parade and Eisa (folk dance); and modern ones like cosplay and band performances
