We will be hosting 3 of our world famous Hollywood sessions at 9am, 10.45am and 12.30pm. In our Hollywood classes, you’ll get to sample some of the heart-pumping, lung-burning, high-intensity workouts you’ll experience at F45 Causeway Bay.
DJ Miles Slater, renowned on the HK club and dance scene, will be in charge of the music for the day playing pumping beats during the workout or mellow tunes during drinks and snacks served afterwards sponsored by Barebells, Nocco, Vita Coco, White Wolf Nutrition and White Lemon.
You will receive F45 merchandise as well as gifts from our suppliers of natural oils DoTTERA and cosmetics company YOPE.
