We live in an attention economy. Constantly bombarded with updates, adverts and people competing for our attention in ever more ingenious and aggressive ways. It sometimes feels hard to even think straight.


This workshop we will be exploring practical psychology, helping you to develop more clarity, calm and a quieter mind when you need it the most.


You’ll discover why a fixation of positive thinking is not necessary for happiness and can sometimes even be counterproductive. We will be doing practical thought experiments to help you change your relationship to negative thinking and stress.


You’ll learn how to see through your own psychological illusions that create stuck thinking and behaviours. When you understand deeper the principles of mind, thought and consciousness, you can begin to create more resilience, inner strength and let go of the old stories. Which in a very practical way can help you create a bigger impact in your life, work, relationships and the world.

You can free yourself from negative beliefs and increase your inner resilience to high-pressure environments at work, with your family or social life, which used to bother you.
