MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental Singapore’s Head Bartender Michele Mariotti will be heading to Bangkok for a guest shift at The Bamboo Bar on Wednesday, 3 April from 9 pm onwards.
The shift will be the second in a series titled “Nomadic Foragers,” which sees Michele travelling to different cities in Southeast Asia where he will explore the local markets to discover local fruits and spices that he can incorporate into his drinks. In addition, Michele will also be integrating ingredients from Singapore into each cocktail, creating a fusion of flavours to represent the nomadic spirit.
The event will feature a collaborative menu with Michele and The Bamboo Bar’s Head Bartender Ann Pinsuda Pongprom.
