Sri Lankan Giant Crabs, coveted for their sweet succulent flesh, makes an appearance at Shang Palace from 1 July to 31 August 2019. Under Chef Mok Kit Keung’s deft hand, they are transformed into a diverse range of creations enriched by flavours from all corners of the Earth.
With this promotion, Chef Mok expresses his worldly flair with eight Sri Lankan Giant Crab delicacies, with each preparation inspired by a different Asian country.
The Sri Lanka Giant Crabs-Eight Ethnic Group delicacies will be available from 1 July to 31 August 2019 in Shang Palace, at $12++ per 100g.
