Taking inspiration from Executive Chef Vianney Massot’s rich culinary experiences, the concept of Vianney Massot Restaurant is akin to an “author’s table”, where Chef Vianney expresses his creativity and know-how to orchestrate every aspect of the dining experience. Envisioned as Chef Vianney’s ‘home’ in Singapore, the 20-seater restaurant boasts a palpable air of modernity and intimacy, where guest can have the time, space and freedom to enjoy their meal.

The talented 27-year-old chef who helms this contemporary French fine-dining restaurant seeks to pay tribute to the timeless heritage of French cuisine while also infusing it with a touch of modernity through innovative presentations and adaptation of local ingredients.

Adhering to the precision and meticulous technique of French cooking, the culinary team builds a meal that is inspired by seasonality, locality and balance. While the menu changes every quarter, it will continue to celebrate some of Chef Vianney’s signature dishes while incorporating new dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients.

From the interior design to cuisine and table setting, every element is specially curated. All guests are personally greeted and welcomed by the chefs as they enter the restaurant through the kitchen. The open- kitchen concept invites guests to observe the operations of a fine-dining restaurant as well as the preparation of their meals.

The restaurant’s wine cellar also houses an arsenal of 450 labels of premium wines, with 60% of them hailing from France itself. Prices for such bottles start from S$75, while prices for glasses start from S$19.

Tasting menus are available throughout lunch and dinner, with 2-course lunch menu starts from S$68++, and the 7-course degustation menu starting from S$338++. A la carte dishes are available during dinner.
