Paying tribute to the Hainanese who arrived on Singapore’s shores after the British, The Hainan Story by Baoshi is one of the biggest congregations of Hainanese cuisine in one place. Starting off as a 5-in-1 multi-brand Hainanese restaurant in Hillion Mall, this second outpost at Hotel Boss brings together more concepts that equally celebrate the best of Hainanese cuisine. The Hainan Story’s menu features the works of Hainanese chefs, Baoshi’s in-house culinary team and young chefs – a traditional yet modern affair.


Savour swiss rolls and cookies by ex-Antoinette Chef Pang Kok Keong, grilled goodness by ‘God of Kitchen’ Chef Austen Ong and other heartwarming dishes by Baoshi’s in-house chef.
