The farm-to-table restaurant holds an exclusive partnership with award-winning Hidakami Ranch located in Miyagi Ken, Sendai City in Japan. Practicing nose-to-tail sustainable dining, whole cattle are brought in from Japan to be used in entirety across Syohachi Yakiniku and its sister-brand Syohachi Wagyu Hamburg.
