Specialising in its winning formula of perfectly grilled Japanese Wagyu, get ready to savour 6 different cuts of the most premium Japanese A5 Wagyu beef from Miyagi Prefecture; including Brisket, Chuck, Round, Knuckle, Tri-tip and more. They also serve a variety of chicken, pork, lamb and seafood. For the thirsty, Suntory draft beers are at an affordable $6++ for half pint, and $28++ per person for free flow.
The farm-to-table restaurant holds an exclusive partnership with award-winning Hidakami Ranch located in Miyagi Ken, Sendai City in Japan. Practicing nose-to-tail sustainable dining, whole cattle are brought in from Japan to be used in entirety across Syohachi Yakiniku and its sister-brand Syohachi Wagyu Hamburg. Raised on the lush pastures of Sendai which are fed by clean, fresh air and natural spring water, one can expect exceptional mesh-like marbling and rich meaty flavour in every bite of the Sendai Wagyu beef.
