A concept that merges food, retail and art into a single experience. Diners can expect a menu of European cuisine flecked with Southeast Asian produce and the beloved all day breakfast and brunch meals, derived from Chef-Owner Joseph Yeo’s roots as a Singaporean with Indonesian heritage and his training in modern European cuisine. Fuel up with a selection of wholesome SPRGRN Bowls or our all-day breakfast menu featuring home made Crumpets and Eggs or our jazzed up Quinoa Stack.

SPRMRKT operates in 2 venues: SPRMRKT at Cluny Court, on the 2nd floor of Cluny Court, a historical conservation building next to the UNESCO World Heritage Site – Singapore Botanic Gardens – and SPRMRKT at STPI, along Singapore River at the trendy Robertson Quay area, an establishment with an unconventional approach to the dining, supermarket shopping, and art appreciation experience.
