Respecting the natural flavours of ingredients is vital when creating each and every dish on the menu. A harmonious balance of flavours has to be struck within the dish, and finished off with a generous serving of Soul, which leaves a little extra something on the palate.


Guests dining with us will be able to savour Chef Dalton’s modern interpretation of classic Italian dishes highlighting a beautiful range of seasonal produces sourced from all around the world – from diamond shell clams from New Zealand and organic salmon from Ireland, to Joselito Iberico from Spain and USDA prime ribeye.


Complementing the renewed La Strada cuisine is a carefully curated selection of wines, which focuses on sustainably farmed, organic and biodynamic wines to deliver wholesome deliciousness in every drop.


The journey of our guest begins right from the time we open the doors right to the point when they take their leave. Be greeted by two handsome terrazzo pillars – hand-crafted in Italy and featuring large pieces of Italian marble – flanking the entrance setting the stage for Chef Fong’s modern Italian cuisine.
