Puerta 26 is an aged beef steakhouse in Sanur by Chef Andrea Peresthu from Javanegra Gourmet Atelier with specialties in dry-aged steaks from Spain, Argentina, and Tasmania alongside Spanish-Mediterranean delicacies.

Located at Taksu Sanur Hotel, this contemporary steakhouse is all set to cater patrons from 11 A.M. until 11 P.M daily.

Signature dishes include Rubia Gallega from Spain, T-Bone Steak from Argentina, Wagyu Solomillo 6/7 from Tasmania, Paella Marinera, and Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, to name a few. This steakhouse presents its premium steaks with a range of 30 – 90 days of the dry-aging process, ensuring the beef reaches the pinnacle of tenderness and quality. The premium beef collection has a minimum cut of 450 – 750 grams and served on top of the Ofyr grill to keep it warm throughout your dining, which makes it perfect for sharing. Finally, the steakhouse offers a curated list of beverages, ranging from premium wines, signature cocktails, and coffee from its specialty coffee roaster; Javanegra Rainforest Coffee.

Puerta’s intimate rustic-chic atmosphere is escalated with an open kitchen, a full-service bar, and a dry-aging room where guests can delve deeper into its steakhouse lifestyle.
