We all know that living and working in such big city like Yangon can take its toll. Come join us for a 60 minutes of Yoga to find some balance in the busyness and stretch out all the kinks in the body from hours of sitting at your laptop.

About the Class Instructor:

Karli is a yoga teacher from Australia who will guide you through a gentle flow and finish off with some zen stretches to calm the body and mind

No previous experience required. All welcome! – Bring a mat if you have one, bring a friend too. – Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
