Journaling has been an increasingly popular activity used as a functional approach to track and detail one’s personal growth, emotions and daily productivity goals. The process can be therapeutic as individuals gain benefit from organising their minds and expressing their emotions and thoughts on paper, which has proven to improve psychological health.
In this workshop, participants can expect:
X 2-hour hands-on session designed for beginners, as we take you through the steps of designing, carving, and stamping.
X There will also be a 15-25mins walkabout for participants to search for inspiration.
Design possibilities are endless and participants can get their creative juices flowing by getting inspired by Haw Par Villa’s colourful landscapes and stories from our dioramas.
All materials and tools will be provided.
Participants will receive a uniquely designed Haw Par Villa themed diary.
