A heritage trail that follows the fortunes of Singapore! Did you know that our Central Business District (CBD), which is also popularly known as Golden Shoe, was first named Raffles Way?
Behind today’s imposing glass structures are fascinating tales of the plans and the people who had contributed to the development of the area into one of the most important financial centres in the world.
Join us on this walking trail, which starts from Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, to check out the modern landscape of the CBD before walking down Shenton Way and Robinson Road. The trail will end at Lao Pa Sat, one of the Singapore’s oldest and popular food centres.
