Co-curated by Group Executive Sous Chef Felix Chong & Executive Chef Emanuele Faggi, settle in for an unabashedly posh NYE dinner that features a series of deftly executed dishes. Championing Tuscan-Italian cuisine, Monti will be serving up two menus on NYE: The first at 6:00pm, a 4-course plus an amuse bouche, followed by a 9.45 pm seating with 5-courses, party favors and midnight champagne.
Highlights from the menu includes house-made Agnolotti, filled with pillowy-light Moretadella and served with gloriously perfumed seasonal Truffles; as well as fork-tender Beef ribs that comes with a medley of Edamame puree, Persimmon and drizzled with seaweed red wine sauce.
Usher in 2020 with front row seats and marvel at the fireworks that will illuminate Marina Bay’s skies against the iconic Singapore city skyline at the stroke of midnight.
