Potato Head Singapore’s rooftop reggae party is back every first Sunday of the month!
Starting Sunday 2 February, Potato Head joins forces with Singapura Dub Club, Suka Suka and our host, Masia One, to soundtrack the sunset with reggae, dub and roots. Enjoy Caribbean-inspired food and drinks, such as DA JERK—a Sakura chicken thigh marinated with Suka Suka Jamaican jerk marinade and served with peas ‘n rice and jackfruit salsa—as well as GONNA GIT U SUKA, a Suka Suka jerk Sakura chicken thigh sandwich with coconut mayo, slaw, charred scallions, bbq ketchup in a toasted coconut bun.
