Adrian Besa of MO BAR will star in a flair guest shift at The Bar at 15 Stamford at the Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore alongside bartenders from with Smoke & Mirrors and KAFE UTU for an evening of rum galore.
Adrian will feature two signature cocktails from the recently launched new Volume Three menu which includes the Chamoe that is made with Bacardi 4 distilled with melon, Citron Honey cordial and Bitters and the Lunduso, which features the Bacardi 4, PX Sherry, Gulamelaka and Onde Onde, priced at $24++ and $22++ respectively. Adrian will be joined behind the bar by Mel Chez, Assistant Bar Manager at Smoke & Mirrors, Joma Rivera, Bar Manager at KAFE UTU and Edriane Lim, Head Bartender at the Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore.
