Discover a specially curated Women’s Day dinner menu by Chef Carol and embark on an unforgettable culinary feast. The gastronomical experience begins with a complimentary cocktail and an heirloom tomato tartare appetiser. This is followed by the main course of steamed barramundi accompanied by flowers and herbs harvested from Capella’s Garden, and the dark chocolate hazelnut crunch dessert.
