For $68++ per person (min. two persons), the five-course menu starts with a nourishing bowl of Hot and Sour Seafood Soup, slow-cooked with collagen-rich fish maw, tofu, and bamboo shoot. Next, savour Singapore’s favourite dish, Baked Coffee Spare Ribs, featuring tender pork ribs infused with aromatic savoury-sweet coffee sauce and baked to perfection. The Pan Fried Barramundi Fillet served in a rich laksa cream is a crispy highlight, followed by Longevity Noodles topped with fiery juicy Black Pepper River Prawns – a symbol of good health and long life. End your meal on a sweet and refreshing note with our irresistible Chilled Cream of Avocado, served with coconut gelato and spicy rice cracker.

The six-course menu at $88++ per person (min. two persons) features the auspicious and gelatinous Braised Pork Knuckle with mushroom and broccoli, symbolising prosperity in Chinese culture and bringing blessings to all mothers. The Baked Gindara Fillet marinated in sticky and delicious Saikyo Miso melts in your mouth. Continue the feast with Longevity Noodles with stewed sea cucumber, braised abalone, XO sauce, and the pièce de résistance of a Half Boston Lobster with chilli crab sauce.
