A new ‘collection’ arrives at the National Museum of Singapore: this time it is an epicurean, edible experience. UK Chef-Founder Tom Sellers of Two Michelin-Star Restaurant Story will be in Singapore for a highly anticipated four-week residency in April 2022, bringing his ‘story’ to Flutes Restaurant, which is located inside the historic museum. The food will be progressive, playful, and inspiring, with inspiration gleaned from its location.
Established in 2013, Restaurant Story was awarded One Michelin Star five months after its opening and received Two Michelin Stars last year. The restaurant serves an innovative tasting menu of delicate, masterful dishes inspired and led by the British seasons and the very best produce available.
