Zafferano celebrates the joy of Easter with a lavish feast as generous as a traditional Italian festive table. On 16 April, gather with friends and family over a decadent Easter brunch (from $118++ per person) at Zafferano, accompanied by unlimited pours of champagne and sparkling wine. Indulge in sharing portions of appetisers and primi, while main courses and desserts are individually plated.
Highlights include a rich, golden-hued risotto zafferano with smoked caciocavallo cheese, and a succulent herb-crusted lamb rack prepared with New Zealand spring lamb. A symbol of Easter, the lamb is served with crisp eggplant cannolo and toasted pine nuts. Desserts comprise festive favourites such as Pastiera Napoletana – a shortcrust tart with a rich filling of creamy ricotta cheese, candied orange, eggs, and fragranced with orange blossoms. Other Easter delights include Colomba Pasquale, a dove-shaped treat that symbolises peace, and crunchy Chiacchiere. The deep-fried dough fritters are sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with luscious chocolate.
Zafferano’s Easter brunch is available from 12pm to 3pm on 16 April 2022, Saturday. The brunch is priced at:
