The Rose Veranda: A Chocolate Affair with Chef David Briand

The Rose Veranda at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, recognised as a stalwart in high tea for close to 30 years, will be welcoming award-winning chocolatier Chef David Briand – the Master Pastry Chef Trainer at Valrhona, and the grand winner of the MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) title in 2018, to present a limited-time only 3-Tier Afternoon Tea set from 11 September to 22 September 2019.
