The Return of the Tres Papas at MO BAR

In celebration of “Cinco de Noviembre, the Negrense Independence Day”, MO BAR is kicking off a series of guests shifts by Singapore-based Filipino bartenders.

 

Alongside MO BAR’s menu of Southeast Asia-inspired cocktails, Adrian Besa from MO BAR has created the Northern Tribe Cocktail made with Don Papa Rum, Coconut Pandan with a shot of Salted Caramel Coffee and Papa Dionisio with Don Papa Rum mixed with Malagos Chocolate at $22++.

 

Edriane Lim from The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore will present Papa’s Downfall which is a refreshing mix of Don Papa Rum, Pineapple and Peach Honey and Papi’s Island consisting of Don Papa Rum, Sherry, Red Wine and Bitters. Bryan Bonifacio from Employees Only Singapore will showcase the Bacolod Punch with Don Papa Rum, Oolong Tea and a hint of Cinnamon and the Pasalubong, a cocktail with Don Papa Rum mixed with Butter, Vermouth and Bitters – all priced at $22++.
