Guests can truly journey on an odyssey of flavours at this brunch of epic proportion of fresh seafood such as Chilled Snow Crab Leg, Boston Lobster and Poached Tiger Prawns. There will also be a carving station serving up Tender Braised Lamb Shank served with gremolata; Herb and Spice Roasted Ribs; and Crackling Pork Belly flavoured with paprika and cayenne pepper alongside Baked Giant Sea Bass scented with lemon. Live stations are also at the ready to whip up delicacies like Crab and Saffron Angel Hair Pasta sprinkled with shavings of truffle and Seared Foie Gras with Soy-Peppercorn Caramel. Alongside with a wide range of desserts for the sweet-toothed.
