This series includes a total of 6 restaurants in Singapore, inclusive of perennial favourites like Braci, Shisen Hanten and Burnt Ends.

Craftsmanship is not mastered overnight; it takes skill, heart, teamwork and a burning passion to create playful plates with innovative twists. That is what Clift applies in his two exclusive limited time dishes which are tastefully paired with two expressions of The Balvenie. In his first dish, he presents an array of snacks beginning with a Parker House roll smoked with peat from The Balvenie. These delectable snacks are paired with The Black Arrow, a stirred cocktail made using The Balvenie 12 Year Old DoubleWood. His next dish is a dessert made with liquid malt-infused ganache topped with a smoked marshmallow, a confiture of wild fennel infused with anise and dill blossom, and a toasted almond milk ice cream. This is perfectly paired neat with The Balvenie 14 Year Old The Week of Peat to lift and enhance the whisky’s floral and sweet peat notes.
The two dishes are available as part of Tippling Club’s full dinner menu from now till 1 December 2021 for $385++ per pax.
