The new Rooftop Garden Bar & Grill offers a range of expertly curated barbecue platters that are grilled on-site upon order like the luscious BBQ Seafood Platter ($78++) that features an array of fresh seafood like King Prawns, Lobsters, Mussels, and Octopus.
For guests who love a hearty meal, The Grande Meat Platter ($118++) features a beautifully marbled piece of Sanchoku Wagyu and other meats like Smoked Lamb Rack, Organic Baby Chicken and Bratwurst Sausages.
Served alongside the delicious barbecue platters is a whole smorgasbord of vegetable accompaniments such as asparagus, eggplant, bell pepper, forest mushroom, and corn, as well as your choice of delicious housemade sauces.
