An experiential day of learning & tasting, where food and wine enthusiasts can enjoy browsing through our Sunday Produce Market, participate in one of our Cooking Demonstrations before winding down the day dining finely with WellSpent or one of our invited Guest Chefs.
Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month, At-Sunrice will be transformed into an Academy of profound food discovery, experience and debate with different themes.
Starting from Sunday 27 June 2021, the theme will be the Upclying food economy driven by spent ingredients. Spent are ingredients that have been used once in the food chain and thereafter discarded. Our team of R&D chefs have profoundly upcycled these spent ingredients.
We will be bringing you four different experiences specially designed to showcase the plethora of food and beverages from around the world.
Delightful Produce Market: 9am – 12pm
Leisure Cooking Classes: 1pm – 4pm
Classic French High-Tea: 2pm – 4pm
Sunday Luxe Dinner (2 seatings): 5.30pm – 7.30pm | 8pm -10pm
