At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy has been renowned for its iconic SpiceOdyssey™ experience since it was established in 2001. The experience brings guests on a thrilling discovery into the world of natural spices used in global cuisines. SpiceOdyssey™ has traditionally been a capstone project for the various cohorts of aspiring global chefs and F&B professionals before graduating from the Academy.
SpiceOdyssey™ Experience
The upcoming installation of the Academy’s signature Sunday Luxe series on Sunday, 14 August 2022, will take guests on a SpiceOdyssey™ journey through several tantalising ‘kingdoms’, each with a particular herb or spice serving as the basis of some truly amazing recipes. Sample more than 15 intricate savoury and sweet tapas passionately prepared by our graduating students, as they display their creativity and culinary finesse.
Guests will be be transported to lands far and wide, where one can experience flavours like nothing they have ever tasted before! This one-of-a-kind SpiceOdyssey™ experience will showcase how herbs and spices are intimately interwoven into the very fabric of life. Each kingdom focuses on a particular experiential aspect of the herbs, where guests can interact with herbs and spices and discover their qualities and health-giving properties.
Time: 3pm – 5pm
Price: $45 per person or $80 for 2 persons
