Starting 14th February till 7 March from 12pm to 2:30pm, MO BAR will play host to Lady Amarena for a series of Sunday Brunch featuring signature cocktails made with Fabbri.
Lady Amarena will present three signature cocktails – the Amore Mio made with Fabbri Marendy, Hendricks Gin and Calamansi Lime Soda, the Queen Amara with Fabbri Marendy, Vermouth and bitters, and the Madame Marendry that is made with Amarena Cherry and topped off with Champagne.
The Sunday Brunch (SGD98++) invites guests to indulge in a fresh seafood platter of seasonal oysters, prawns, snow crab and maine lobster, with a guest selection of three dishes.
Highlights of the menu include the Tiger Prawns, Tagliatelle Tartufo, MO BAR Burger and Gran Cru Chocolate. Guests can enjoy two hours free flow of “N” de Ruinart Champagne and Lady Amarena cocktails with an add on of SGD58++ per person.
