For this indulgent feast, diners can look forward to starting off with freshly-shucked oysters and grazing off a charcuterie board of jamon iberico, beef bresaola, air-dried wagyu beef and more. Seafood lovers will delight in the cured fish section serving up salmon gravlax with fried capers and apple mustard dressing and yellowtail amberjack ceviche with kaffir lim, scallion, chilli, and coconut water. There is also a live station especially for foie gras, from which one enjoys with seasonal garnishes!
Meat lovers, here’s what you came for: the juicy meats 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung is known for – picked, cut and served hot off the iron grill. Meats are served from two stations – one a grill carvery where wagyu beef fine cuts like the oyster blade, hanger steak, strip loin and tomahawk are carved to order, and the other a rotisserie spit where Fjord trout, barramundi, spring chicken, lamb leg and suckling pig tempts with lean cuts and beautiful marbling aplenty. Diners can also look forward to the unlimited servings of desserts with the crepe live station, tarts, crème brulee, profiteroles, assorted macarons, and fresh fruits!
