Be transported back to the nostalgic charm of the 1960s and 1970s where classic street side favourites originating from Glutton’s Square (one of Singapore’s oldest hawker centre with more than 80 stalls) await.
Find a repertoire of iconic dishes reinterpreted by Chef de Cuisine Howard Leong on the buffet menu such as Indian Tandoori Cumin Lamb Kebab in Chapatti Roll, Malay Kampong Nasi Lemak and Chinese Wok-fried Seafood Hokkien Noodles with Homemade Sambal Chilli and Lime. Continue to delight in the sinfully fried Cucur Tiram (Oyster Fritters with Bean Sprouts, Peanuts and Sweet Chilli Dip), artfully grilled Ocean Gems Bakar (Combination of Prawns, Squids, Scallops and Catch of the Day) with Sambal Onions, Chinchalok and Calamansi, and delightful Rainbow Chicken Slider in your choice of flavour – Chilli Crab, Black Pepper, Satay, Thai-style, Tandoori, Sambal or Hoi Sin Ginger.
Top it off with silky smooth Tau Huay (Soya Beancurd), aromatic Ondeh-Ondeh Cake, fragrant Chendol Cake, and signature Potong Ice Cream with Rainbow Toast.
