Singapore’s Latin American food festival LATINADA and CÉ LA VI presents a sundown party, Sky High Rumba. With the inaugural event running from 5pm – midnight on 8 December, it is a collaborative carnival experience celebrating Latin American cuisine, music and culture atop the country’s most iconic rooftop.
Journey to Latin America with five dedicated live stations exploring dishes from different regions of South America, Central America, and the Caribbean. Singapore’s top Latin chefs participating will include; Executive Chef Daniel Chavez from OLA Cocina del Mar, Head Chef Tamara Chavez of TONO Cevicheria, Chef-Owner Fernando Arevalo of Preludio and Chef Joshua Adjodha, the Co-founder of Kilo Collective.
