Kissed by fire with its custom-built grill and oven, Chef John-Paul Fiechtner of Kaarla Restaurant and Bar, will serve up creations focusing on the best of Australia’s seasonal bounty from land, river, and sea, cooked from farm-to-table. Chef Lamley Chua of Oumi will follow with Kappo dishes prepared with different carefully selected cooking techniques that allow fresh, natural flavours to shine, whilst utilising a ‘nose-to-tail’ culinary approach. The final collaborative course epitomises the symbiotic bond between both restaurants, fuelled by the sharing of experience, knowledge, and purveyor connections between both restaurants.

For revellers looking to dine alfresco**, sip on refreshing beverages and nibble on bar snacks at 1-Arden Rooftop Terrace nestled within the lush 1-Arden Food Forest.
