On 28th of March Chef Jeremy Gillon Plays Host to Award-Winning Mixologist Ethan Leslie Leong of Maison Ikkoku.


Following a month of planning, experimenting and tasting, Award-winning and the highly creative duo – Chef Jeremy Gillon Chef/Owner of French RESTAURANT JAG and Ethan Leslie Leong of Maison Ikkoku are embarking on a one-of-a-kind dinner – making it one of Singapore’s most anticipated culinary events.


Entirely inspired by Chef Gillon’s selection of herbs from Savoie – both the Chef and Ethan will be curating a Six-Course gastronomical and cocktails menu using only six herbs.


Keeping in line with RESTAURANT JAG’s and Maison Ikkoku’s philosophy of tailoring the menu on the day itself based on core ingredients delivered on the day, diners will have to

wait in anticipation to discover the taste, texture and wonderful array of the finest produce elevated by the use of unique herbs from Savoie.


Both Chef Gillon and Ethan have carved a reputation in the industry for achieving the delicate balance of delivering elegant flavours from the simplest of seasonal ingredients to rousing curiosity through the use of bold innovative techniques. This one-night-only dinner is guaranteed to conjure up truly inspired and sensory dining experience unlike any other.
