Inspired by the yearning for a tall cold glass of beer at the end of a hot humid day in Singapore, Tablescape will be celebrating Oktoberfest with a special 4-course beer-focused set menu from 4 October to 13 October curated by Executive Chef Armando Aristarco.
The beer-inspired menu highlights include a house-made egg pasta tossed in a sauce made with the Saison Dupont farmhouse ale, as well as a fork-tender Angus beef cheek balanced with a jus made from Singapore’s Tiger beer. Beer lovers will also enjoy a complimentary pint of Bohemian Lager from artisan craft brewery Archipelago Brewery.
Tablescape’s Oktoberfest Menu is available on 4 October, from 6PM to 10:30PM, 5 to 13 October from 12PM to 2:30PM and 6PM to 10:30PM.
