Set Dinner Specials Ring in the new year with creations exclusively created for New Year’s Eve. Ideal for couples and families, diners can look forward to the 4-course Set Dinner priced at $128++ per person for the 1st seating (6pm) and the 5-course Set Dinner priced at $168++ per person for the 2nd seating (9pm).
The dining experience starts off with the Bay Scallops (truffled cauliflower, brown butter bacon and sage) and Prawn & Fennel Bisque (toasted brioche crumbs and fennel pesto).
For the mains, diners can choose either the Oven-Baked Barramundi (old fashion crab cakes, pickled vegetables, dill bearnaise) or the Woodfire Grilled Tenderloin, with foie gras, sauté potatoes & spinach. Diners who opt for the 5-Course Set Dinner can enjoy both dishes.
