In collaboration with Bacardi, MO BAR invites guests to indulge in a weekend of fresh seafood and other signature dishes from 20 – 21 March, from 12 pm to 2:30 pm. Guests can choose from the categories of starters and soups, rice and noodles, main courses, and sweets (S$98++).
Some highlights of the menu include the Seafood Platter with fresh oysters, prawns, snow crab, and Maine lobster; Tiger Prawns with masala mayo and curry leaves; Tagliatelle Tartufo with black truffle cream sauce and roasted mushrooms; MO BAR Burger with a choice of plant-based or beef patty with bacon, cheddar, lettuce and potato wedges and the Matcha Yaki-Imo cake with a unique combination of matcha soufflé sponge, mascarpone and roasted sweet potato bavarois. Guests can also enjoy two hours of free-flow champagne and Lady Amarena cocktails with an add-on of S$58++ per person.
The brunch menu will also feature special Bacardi cocktails such as the Lunduso from MO BAR’s Volume Three menu made with Bacardi 4, black rice, gula melaka; the Mantaner La Fe with Bacardi Carta Blanca, coconut and bitters; and the Craftswoman made with Bacardi 8, bandung and spices.
