MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore will be having three guest shifts across Singapore in December by the MO BAR team to showcase their new Volume Three cocktail menu. The new menu explores innovative ways to connect with the rest of region by embracing the new normal with virtual guest shifts while navigating the history and culture of their chosen destinations across Asia Pacific.
On 20 December (Sunday, 6-9pm), Adrian, Anna Princena and Joshua from MO BAR will be at Employees Only Singapore to feature the Chamoe with an infusion of Grey goose Vodka, Melon and Citron, the Panacea made with Botanist Gin, Makrut Lime and Pandan and the Sarimanok with Sailor Jerry Spiced rum, mango and citrus and Gao made of Roku Gin, Jasmine Green Tea Kombucha and Salted Calamansi.
