To celebrate the Philippines Independence Month and pay tribute to the Filipino community in Singapore, MO BAR will host four renowned Filipino bartenders for a one night only takeover. Four cocktails will be on offer for S$24++, including creations by:
– Ervincent “Kalel” Demetrio, owner and founder of Agimat Foraging Bar and Kitchen in Manila
– Erwan Jean Heussaff, owner and founder of Yes Please and The Fat Kid Insidein Manila
– David Jonathan Ong, owner founder of Curator, OTO and EDSA bdg in Manila
– Mel John Chavez, head bartender of Singapore’s own Tippling Club
