MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore will be having three guest shifts across Singapore in December by the MO BAR team to showcase their new Volume Three cocktail menu. The new menu explores innovative ways to connect with the rest of region by embracing the new normal with virtual guest shifts while navigating the history and culture of their chosen destinations across Asia Pacific.
The next shift on 14 December (Monday, 6-9pm) will guest star Adrian and Alfred Dionisio of MO BAR at the Elephant Room Singapore to feature the colourful Sarimanok, blending flavours of Lanao with Sailor Jerry Spiced rum, mango and citrus, the Origami which consist of Monkey Shoulder, Soy Miso and Plum, the Soma made with Hendricks Orbium, Mango Chutney and Yogurt and the Lion’s Den comprising of Hendricks, Vermouth and Bitters.
