Bringing warm festivities to the table this holiday season Maker’s Mark introduces a medley of culinary collaborations that celebrates the changing of warmer to winter seasons in every tipple and pairing. Synonymous with winter is the Red Winter Wheat from Kentucky USA a key ingredient in Maker’s Mark which results in a soft and sweet flavour profile of the whisky. Aged in new charred American White Oak barrels Maker’s Mark is sweet and balanced with vanilla and caramel notes.

 

Timbre X S.E.A features a wide festive array – four delectable Maker’s Mark cocktails with four dishes crafted with the premium whisky. The Bebek Penyek with Orange Butter Whisky Sauce ($28++) The Parpadelle Al Whisky ($24++) the Turkey Calderetta ($26++) and round up the meal with the Choc Lava Flambe ($16++).

 

End off your evening with some Maker’s Mark cocktails. Delight in the Holiday Old Fashioned ($14++) a Southeast Asian twist on a whisky classic crafted with home-made maple and gula melaka syrup. The Loretto’s Sunset Spice ($14++) features freshly muddled ginger turmeric ginger beer and pays homage to Loretto the home of Maker’s Mark. You can also try the Mistletoe Mint ($14++) or the Good Tidings Shooter (6 shots at $38++) which are delicious cocktail shots sprinkled with crushed candy cane.
