This Mother’s Day, celebrate our pillar of support – our mothers – with LeVeL33. On 8 and 9 May 2021, the world’s highest urban microbrewery presents an exclusive selection of Mother’s Day dishes for lunch, alongside their hearty Weekend Roast menu.
Available as a-la-carte additions or as a whole set, the Mother’s Day specials include items such as Salmon Belly Sashimi ($18), served with pickled cucumber, wakame and shaved kombu; and Pan Seared Tiger Prawns ($42), which includes sakura ebi, salmon roe, and house-made linguine created from spent grain – a byproduct from LeVeL33’s beer brewing process. Enjoy a sweet ending with LeVeL33’s popular Layered Honey Cake ($15), served with a little twist by being paired with a special sauce made with strawberries and rich Valrhona chocolate, as well as a house-made strawberry sour cream “snow”.
