On 16 and 17 March 2022, elevate your senses with the exclusive Whisky Pairing Dinner ($228++), a carefully crafted 4-course dinner menu with whisky-centric twists that bring out the best of their whisky pairing.
Luxuriate in decadent dishes such as a sustainably sourced king salmon cured in-house with a 15-year whisky and a heavenly dark chocolate tart dessert topped with whisky poached prune and vanilla crème fraiche, and fine accompaniments such as the Glenfiddich 21 Years Gran Reserva bearing warm and rich vanilla and toffee flavours, the Glenfiddich 23 Years Grand Cru which reveals layers of rich vanilla oak and sweet brioche tones, and the crisp and cool Glenfiddich 21 Years Winter Storm featuring heightened candied sweets and the oakiness of Glenfiddich, complemented by mouth-watering tropical fruit and underlying wine notes.
