This Easter weekend, the world’s highest urban microbrewery, LeVeL33 delivers a delicious feast that serves as a symbol of joy and remembrance during the celebrations.
For those who wish to eat lamb on the day of resurrection, look forward to a special Easter weekend set ($108++, good for 2) available only for three days from 11.30am to 2.30pm (last order 2.15pm) on Good Friday until Easter Sunday.
The set includes a Slow-Roasted Australian Lamb Shoulder that features a pasture fed white Pyrenees lamb sourced from Central Victoria. Cured for 3 hours in aromatic rosemary and thyme, then slow cooked for 12 hours till fork-tender, the succulent lamb shoulder is paired with a sweet and tangy glaze made from their own house-brewed Stout and a gently aged balsamic vinegar. House-pickled charred onions and a fresh zingy housemade gremolata adds another layer of refreshment to this dish.
The juicy tender lamb is accompanied by a crisp red Australian cabbage sliced chiffonade, enriched with savoury pecorino cheese and brightened with a Lager vinaigrette. Also presented on the plate are crunchy fluffy hasselback potatoes roasted to perfection in a flavoursome yeast butter, for you to enjoy along with that amazing city skyline.
