LeVeL33 resumes their playful themed dinners this year, with a bang! This year, the world’s highest urban microbrewery raises a glass to one of the most iconic bands in the history of music, the Beatles. 2023 marks the 60th anniversary of The Beatles’ explosive debut album, “Please, Please Me”.
In this exciting one-off event, LeVeL33 pays tribute to the band with a special 5-course dinner ($148++/pax) and cocktails ($22++ each) inspired by the band members’ favourite food and drinks. Available only on 24 February 2023, look forward to a night of feasting and music that celebrates the different facets of one of the world’s greatest rock bands.
The hearty 5-Course menu presents a range of dishes inspired by the band members’ reported diets and culinary favourites, and playfully named after the band’s incredible discography and records.
Consider, for instance, Sergeant Peppers, named after the iconic studio album Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band that left a huge footprint on not only music, but the pop culture at large. Sergeant Peppers is made with sustainably sourced palermo peppers, roasted and stuffed with a Native American-style succotash. Served alongside is a flavourful housemade macadamia romesco sauce and a sorrel leaf salad.
Specially concocted just for this occasion, LeVeL33 also serves a cocktail menu filled with classics and flavours inspired by the members of the band. The Lennon’s Brandy Alexander – a brandy-based, dessert-like cocktail inspired by the milkshakes Lennon loved. Brandy is paired with crème de cacao liqueur and a generous amount of milk and cream for a delicious milkshake feel.
Overlooking the iconic Marina Bay skyline, LeVeL33’s themed-dinners makes it an even lovelier place to enjoy great food, drinks and music that celebrates the success and influence of the most popular band in the world.
