Conceptualised by KOMYUNITI, KOM-PAIR is a monthly menu featuring a pairing of food and drink inspired by one unique ingredient every month. This exciting partnership between kitchen and bar highlights the adaptability and creativity of KOMYUNITI, while delighting guests with interesting flavours and inventive techniques.
In March, both kitchen and bar pay tribute to the tantalising tomato while adding a signature KOMYUNITI twist.
The kitchen will be presenting Trio of Tomato Bruschetta Flatbread ($18++). Tomatoes prepared three ways – as a coulis, confit, and sun-dried – are nestled between tender flatbread and melted mozzarella.
To pair, KOMYUNITI’s award-winning bartender has specially created the Tomate Grande ($16++) – a blend of dill, citrus, tomato and carbonated celery juice with a base of BenRiach Heart of Speyside whisky. The bright, botanical flavours of citrus and tomato are balanced by the whisky’s fruity and spicy notes. Plus, top up just $2 with every order of Tomate Grande to get a tasting portion of bruschetta, and you’ll have a hearty pairing combo ($18++).
