Jeremmy & Friends 2019 – Jeremmy & Damian

The first Supper Special of 2019 at Le Binchotan will debut a special programme within the Supper Special — aptly titled Jeremmy & Friends.


Damian D’Silva features in the last Jeremmy & Friends events, ending the programme with a bang by presenting his Steamed Fish, tender threadfin belly flesh marinated in housemade tau cheo and topped with rendered pork lard; and the Pork Belly with Cucumber Salsa, his small plate contribution.


Alongside, Jeremmy presents Uni Congee, featuring premium Akitakomachi rice marinated in century egg and cooked with a house-made scallop broth, and served with foie gras and generous lobes of uni; as well as Kicap Manis Chicken Satay, binchotan-grilled skewers of deboned chicken thigh marinated with kicap manis, lime juice and spices.


Chef Damian will be cooking with chef Jeremmy, in Le Binchotan, on 6, 7 and 8 June.
